Hi much better than the other app which required 1 app for cellphone use and another for wifi ! Flir cloud doesnt require that ! But being able to change settings from here would be amazing! And please please add the visual (c) or (m) when camera is working on motion or continuous so we can see whats being recorded! Thanks

Design is horrible, performance is atrocious. Every time you use it feels like the original setup. As a companion to an expensive system, this app should be top notch... But it is not! It is so bad that I would delete it from my iPad, had I not already bought the whole solution... Worst app in my iPhone and iPad. The same is valid for the Mac version. Lorex: listen to your customers and redo this app!!!!

This app is a piece of fucking garbage...

I have deleted and reinstalled this app numerous times and have yet to ever see my cameras from anywhere other than my own house, which, thanks, but at that point I could actually just go outside and look around. This app has proven to be absolutely worthless to me. Im glad its free although I certainly would be willing to pay if it actually EVER worked.

Everytime I leave the app and come back later I have to force close the appthen open it again for the cameras live view to load.

Before this update my cameras would load somewhat quickly. Now they take forever to load. Im not sure why this system is so slow. I own another brand (q-see) and as soon as I open there app the cameras pop up. Why cant you guys do the same? This update really messed things up and I wish I could go back. Its very disappointing when you want to check out your cameras and it takes forever to upload and sometime me they dont even upload. Please can you guys fix this issue?

The new app update isnt working at all. I cant connect to my cameras at all even thought the information is accurate. Please someone take a look at this app.

Here is another poor excuse of an attempt to fix something only to break it more. App will not connect to cameras. Just like the last time an update rolled out. Smh.

Finally camera loads quickly on my iPhone 6s able to zoom in quickly. Push notification works okay. Be nice to be able to adjust sensitivity so shadows or branches moving wont record.

Negative 5 Stars. This update was supposed to fix connection issues and it didnt. EPIC FAIL!!!! Yall have to do better. Unacceptable.

Terrible!! My security alarm went off went I wasnt home several weeks ago and as soon as I got the alarm notification, I opened the flir app to check my cameras, but of course it wouldnt work!! That is the whole reason I have cameras at my house. Then, just when I thought the flir app couldnt get worse, it did with the new "update". Flir needs to get it together. This is a pathetic excuse for a camera app.

I have liked the system- good cameras, etc. But the app is not working for me now that its updated . Alarm system went off this morning. Got security notification-checked camera on app- nothing. Luckily it was my employee, who texted. Would have been expensive. Im not happy with this app.

This app is driving me crazy! 80% of the time you try to view the camera, it failed to connect. Then what is the use of having a camera?! Connection fail all the time. Alllll the time! I dont feel secure to use this app at all. I would like to give negative star to this app.

Horrible app, almost never load up. Whats the use of having this app if you cant even get it to work and see whats going on at home live? Please update and correct this problem!!!
