Same as everyone else, it just says "failed to connect" after the update. Re-installed the app twice and still doing it. Old version still works on the iPad. Please fix soon and Ill update my review. It was good before.

This app was working flawlessly until I updated this app. If this problem isnt fixed Ill be taking these useless cameras back to Costco thanks to this junk app. Being able the view my cameras remotely using this app was the main reason I bought the cameras.

App will only open to camera views. It will not allow me to go into setup or accessory menus

Slow to connect the cameras, on multiple view slow to load images. Not happy.

What happened? The previous version was great. Now the picture is grainy, cant zoom in anymore.

Does not work, login or show anything. Used to login in the past, but controls are user Unfriendly.

Hello there. Is anybody listening? This is the worst app Ive ever have to deal with. Can you not see that everyone is having issues after the last update? Cannot connect and we are frustrated to the max!

This app is crap my cameras are all connected but yet only one works on the app wish they would fix this app

The pervious version worked much better. Now it takes forever to connect to the cameras, if at all. Video is jumpy, too. Please fix!

This update is terrible, I think the previous one worked a bit better. I read a few comments stating I had to delete the app and reinstall which I did but no luck. Once I open the app it takes forever to view my cameras. I cant imagine waiting to view my cameras in an emergency situation. I hope they can fix this issue ASAP!

So after several calls to both companies, it came to my attention that they forgot to allow playback of a certain day and time on the app. So whats the point of having this app if you cant play back and event? App keeps crashing, and if it isnt crashing, its taking forever to load (Im on the highest speed internet), or one of my cameras wont load. :(

You can only download the app once under one Apple ID. I cannot view my cameras on multiple devices attached to the same ID, it wont let me add my cameras in the app no matter what I do. I got a new phone so now Im screwed and cant use the app

After update have to reinstall app every time I use it I want the old app back sorry I bought these cameras I hope they fix this app fast. This does not work , it will not let me sent this without rating the app. I can not sent this out any star. The 1 star I do not want to give them

Same as everyone else since the update I can no longer connect to my cameras via my iPhone, iPad Pro or MacAir! Nothing works. Very frustrating since I am still going to be away from home for another month. Please fix it or tell us how to go back to the previous version. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling which did not work.

This app is a joke...take too long to load. Does Not work most of the time.

iPhone 6s user. The Good: Push notifications are finally working. I was considering returning the new system that I bought back in January because push notifications had never worked. Im so glad they finally fixed it. The initial camera connect is also much faster than the previous version. The Bad: There is one major issue with the latest version though: After leaving the app for more than about 5 minutes, it will not reconnect to the cameras. As a work-around, I force-terminate the app and relaunch it. This is quite annoying and its understandable why so many reviewers are frustrated.

App just only work one time/ day????????????!??????????? I want to return my lorex but I install my camera already , how I can do ??? If I know the app like this I never ever bought lorex camera I am so sad and angry

I am unable to block regions from detecting motion, so I get constant false notifications when a leaf moves in the wind. The region blocking acts like it works when setting up but wont save.

I cant even see my cameras now! Cant believe this app is even worst now. Lorex needs to take action asap. Whats the use of having a surveillance system when you cant even see your property? 9 out of 10 times "connection fails".
