If you have slow internet, stop complaining!

Funny how so many reviews can be so different. Ive been running this app for many months monitoring our cabin. Ive rarely had problems with it except for when we were running less than 2 mbps (at cabin). We upgraded our service to @6 mbps (at cabin location) and no problems since. Consistent. Great app.

Works Great!!!

Got help from a Flir technician and my Lorex NVR now connects to the Flir Cloud with no problems or delays. Great app!!

Very frustrating

This app used to work, even though it took forever to connect. Now its not working for me at all and keeps saying "failed to login". Whats the point?!!

Needs a LOT of work

Im very disappointed in this app as FLIR has a history of such high quality. Some issues include the fact that you have to manually save every setting before you leave the screen, the event list simply doesnt work (THIS IS HUGE), more often than not I cant get all of my cameras to connect, I always have 2 that time out. For the last 2 weeks or so I havent been able to connect to change settings, the entire app is not very intuitive and there is very little support out there truly explaining how to use it to its potential.

Happy again

After a year of the push notifications not working, finally it has been fix. My iPhone 6 now can receive them again. Thanks...I have never had an issue in 3 years with the cameras just the alerts.

App is useless

For the amount of money you pay for the system, you cant even et peace of mind when away because half of the time the app wont load the live cameras. Customer service is horrible they never call me back. Go elsewhere for a better system with a better app. As a business owner I wish I wouldnt been able to get something else more reliable.

Not happy

I bought this system because of the quality of the Lorex cameras. The NVR system works great but the online apps such dont work very well. That really is the most important part for having the security system when you are not home. They really need to fix this this app or they will lose many sales when people read all these one star rating.

Not working on LTE!!

Has been working great for the last year than yesterday stopped working on LTE AND ALL other wifi connections. ONLY works on home wifi thats all!!!

Update made app worse

Ever since the recent update the app wont work after you open it once. You have to completely close out then re open for it to work. This is every time. Fix this please. Updated review:6/28/16 this app has completely stopped working. Wont even connect to cameras no matter what internet Im on wifi or cell. If I knew Lorex used such a crappy app I wouldnt have bought this brand of cameras system.

The last update messed up

I have had my system for over one year, never had a single issue. This update messed something up that I cant connect to the nvr. Absolutely nothing changed

Please Fix

App used to work now getting Failed to Connect. Have to force it closed and try again. When it does connect cameras load slower than in previous version.

It doesnt work on LTE

It just works on Home Wifi only. It does NOT work on LTE or others WIFI.

Update Failure

We just updated the app and now there is no connection if you are not on wifi, the very reason we bought the system in the first place...Very disappointing. If this doesnt get fixed fast, I will be moving on to a better system.

Complete garbage

App WILL NOT connect to cameras. Delete device, reset configuration, it works ONCE. Try to connect again later and am met with nothing but failure after failure. Cannot see what is going on in my business which is the WHOLE POINT of this app. Garbage. Wish I could use something else but this is what I am stuck with.

Worst update ever

After updating the app. Now I could not connect to the camera at all. Every time that happened I have to delete then reinstall the app. Then it works for few hours. Then again start disconnecting. This people need to work on the app bug fixed.

HATED IT at first.

Night i installed this update, all my cams became slideshow with major lag, catch up, lag, ect. Was tempted to tell dealer stop selling Flir. I deleted it, reinstalled it twice, started learning how to set it up. Much different then previous version. I disabled clock auto update in nvr and used i.p. not device id for app. So far so good,some buttons are only avail when holding ipad vertical, rotate to landscape and its different. So far so good but still needs improving. Some buttons are smaller then 1/16 inch. Old version should be available for those not pc savvy or security dependent on Flir systems. Very scary to lose your system.

Failed to Login

Having same issue as everyone else. Found this on Flir website. Q: I am getting a "Failed to login" message when connecting on iPhone. What do I do? A: This message appears on the 1.0.9 version of the FLIR Cloud™ iPhone app when the QR code is scanned before the Name field is filled in. To connect: Before pressing the Scan QR Code button, tap the Namefield and give the system any name of your choice (such as Home or Office). OR Manually enter the Device ID that is printed on the label on the top panel of your system, and then enter the Name field. Enter the rest of your systems information as normal and then press Start Live Previewto save the system information and open live view. Tried many times but this still does not work with IOS9 on Iphone6/6+. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!

Doesnt work

This app basically is useless since update. Rarely connects and then for only 1 time.

Loren cameras dont load

After the last update the cameras dont load and I have to close the app and reopen it for it to work ..

AGAIN !?!?

This is gotten old... Again this Flir cloud app seems to do what it pleases, one minute it works, the next you dont gets hat the app is supposed to do in one form or another. Now for some ungodly reason it decides to not give ANY push notifications or alerts via email ! One would believe they would think they would have figured this thing out by now, but as one can see, from the less than stellar reviews that would get on the ball, o my dismay, and many others not the case, PEOPLE TAKE HEED, stay away ... If peace of mind for security is what your looking for, this is not the product.
