I deleted this app to redo it the whole thing again, and now I cant even get to it. I will return the cameras, if they not gonna fix the app.

This has to be one of the worse camera apps out there..it takes for ever for the cameras to load and sometimes I just give up because it wont show anything..needs to load up the cameras quicker. I wouldnt even give it a star but I had no choice.

The App. Is horrible I cant open it anymore. Very disappointed.

By far the worst remote access. Wont save changes to motion sensitivity, video quality for playback is terrible after youve changed the live view to 1080, can only play back the last hour of recorded video.. You might as well not even turn on push notifications unless you want to get 50 in 2 mins caused by a tree blowing!! System itself works great at home. The app is is bull sh**. You all need to figure something out and get it right!!

How do you open it so you can see the cameras?

Solid app - very useful. I would rate it higher if not for a few minor issues. a) The icons are not intuitive so its difficult to get working right away. b) Please add a schedule function to the push-notification feature. This will be useful when using the motion detect feature during times when you are expecting activity/movement. Its very annoying to hear your phone constantly beeping when people walk in/out of a camera view. Also the push notification toggle (Apple button) should just disable the push notifications... instead it logs you in to modify your settings. So you cant even manually disable this feature without undoing all of your settings. When you try to disable all settings (to stop using push), it wont let you so you have to leave at least one item active. Dispute these issues its a very useful App - just needs a bit more work. 3.5 stars.

The video does not scale correctly onto an iPhone 6 plus, so there are thick black bands above and beside the video for every camera. There is no way to fix it. The problem also seems to make the picture quality poor on the iPhone 6 plus. On iPad the app seems to work quite well. Please fix the app for the iPhone 6 plus FLIR!

Since Ive updated the app it crashes after opening. Please fix this.

With all the features I expect from a camera system app, simple configuration and intuitive controls, only issue I see is many users make simple errors while setting up.

Why hasnt the iPad app been updated the same as the iPhone? iPad app is missing tons of features.

Despite what the release notes say, this app does not support the new iPhone 6/6S/+ sizes.

When you hit the Star button (favorites) that brings up all the cameras...nothing happens! Please fix...Its the only way I know how to bring up the cameras!!

This does not work. Version 2.1 worked fine. Now I have no mobile as it disables my internet connection after a few seconds of viewing. Somebody should be fired!

FlirCloud has been totally messed up now. Update needs to be rolled back as it is useless now

With upgrade it failed to connect lorex security camera, before it was operating ok

Worst app. Every time theres an update, it effects my ability to view live feed. Its useless since the latest update. Doesnt even connect to cameras!

I cant connect to the cameras with this version

The app cannot show the live view after come back to foreground. Always need to kill it and restart the appropriate work in iPhone 6. Last version worked. Regret updating
