Garbage. You can use it in your house when you are getting robbed while on the wifi... NOT ON ANYTHING ELSE. You cant use it when you are away from your house when someone could actually be robbing it. That's the whole point... lorex get your head out of the sand and pay an engineer or two to make this garbage app work on a LTE or 4G network... are you that cheap?

Many troubles with mobile app, always failed to login in and failed to connect, do not recommend to any one to use lorex camera systems!

I don't recommend any one to purchase lorex camera systems Bcoz they don't have mobile app. I don't understand lorex technologies are selling there camera systems promoting that it's mobile support but flir cloud is the ancient app and their tech support is crying giving non sense reasons.

Absolute rubbish why dont Flir fix the problems ??? It will only work on wifi will not connect on 4g contacted the help desk conversation lasted 2 emails then I heard no more despite numerous requests .

This used to be my favorite app, now it's useless! Ever since the iOS 10.3 update, this app won't connect via LTE. Please please please somebody fix this!

My iPhone 6 After update to software IOS 10.3.1, It only can login and live view on FLIR cloud on Wifi only. It does NOT work on LTE or 4G. Very disappointing.

This app sucks. Would never recommend it to anyone. Never works. Haven't been able to get it to work in 3 months. Not much use to anyone. Easier to walk to the location of the camera and look for myslef.

Its now 40mins that im on hold. I need help please....... I need my money back ASAP horrible. I cant believe i wasted my $400 on this SMH. App dont work cameras not working and i cant get costomer service.. So sad....

Junk ! App stopped working 10 minutes after it installed it. The cameras don't work either.

Been using this system for about 6 months now. The hardware seems to be of good quality but the software is a comical pile of effing garbage. Nearly useless. Would not purchase again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Complete garbage since the last update

The app was working then stopped. I deleted the app and reinstalled but now it wont pick up the device "could not create connection to device " is the error code. I have iPhone 6, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Used to work fine but has taken a huge step down. Want to throw this in the garbage.

Installed it after buying a new system. It worked so-so last week now that I updated my os it does not connect at all! Very frustrating for this was the reason I bought the new 900 system!

Still doesnt support 6/6s. The Lorex camera system is great but this non-functional app makes it useless if you want to access it remotely....which is the whole point of buying the system. Would not have purchased Lorex if I knew about this app. Total waste of $$.

The app still drops connection when viewing live view. But when tap on refresh it reconnects. It seems better after the latest update but still it is not the same as 2 versions before. Please just roll back to the old version. Tired of dealing with this crap

The help is not helpful. Setup asks for client port, username and password but my username and password doesnt work. I already configured the camera using the flirfx app so this app should recognize that. I just get the same error, failed to connect and help doesnt help.
